Ordering and Payment Information |
When ordering your items online, you can pay by using  |
PayPal is a free and very secure service. Simply add your item to you cart by selecting 'Add to Cart'. Select "Checkout" from the main page, or from the cart when you have added an item. Paypal will process your credit or debit card information.
I do accept personal checks, money orders and cashier checks. Unfortunately, I cannot begin your order until payment has arrived and cleared. |

| If you are local, please feel free to simply contact us via the "contact us" link at the bottom of every page. We will gladly setup delivery locally. |
Shipping |
| Our Shipping is VERY simple. We only charge one flat rate for everything shipped in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be slightly higher, so please contact us @ sales@groovymommy.com |
| Note: We SHIP anywhere in the world, and will gladly fulfill your order. Shipping costs outside the USA will be actual shipping costs. If you have questions, please send an email and I will get pricing. You can supply a FedEx shipping number and I will gladly ship right away. If you do intend to use your own shipping method and supply an account number, I will refund your shipping less $2 for handling and packaging. |
Order Fulfillment |
| Your order will be shipped promptly. Typically I work to turn around an order right away. Your order will be shipped within 5-6 days regardless, and if there is a delay, you will be notified by email. If you need a rush order, please let me know, and I will do whatever I can to finish your custom gift. Depending on backlog there might be a small fee ($5). |
Gift Packaging |
| Everything I make will be wrapped and tied with a coordinating ribbon. If you would like a gift note included, please specify this during your checkout process and I will happily include your note. |
